The Sons of the American Legion is an organization of the American Legion & consists of the Male Descendants of Veterans of the US Military.  We proudly boast of more than 15,000 Members in Illinois and over 350,000 members Nationally. 

Our Squadron 991 monthly meetings are typically on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm at our Post 991, 11001 S Depot, Worth, IL 60482. 

Our dues are $25 per year or $100 for five-year membership. Dues checks should be made payable to Marrs-Meyer American Legion Post 991 with “SAL” or “Sons” in the memo portion.
